NZX today issued its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2012.
This year NZX has produced an online Annual Report site:
http://annualreport.nzxgroup.com The online Annual Report site is
interactive and contains additional content to the printed version.
We also attach to this announcement a copy of the printed PDF of NZX's Annual
Report 2012 and a copy of the Section 209 notice.
NZX is encouraging shareholders to sign up to receive future shareholder
