Update to Annual Report

Pacific Edge advises that it wishes to issue a correction to its latest
Annual Report.

At page 60, note number 5; the Annual Report states that there were no
waivers issued by NZX to Pacific Edge in the financial year ended 31 March
2014.  A waiver was issued by NZX on 22 October 2013 in relation to the
oversubscription facility under its rights issue pursuant to a Simplified
Disclosure Prospectus. This oversubscription facility enabled eligible
shareholders to make applications in excess of their pro-rata entitlement
which would otherwise be prohibited by Listing Rule 7.10.5.

The company wishes to amend its Annual Report by replacing note number 5 at
page 60 with the following wording:

"NZX Market Regulation granted the Company a waiver of Listing Rule 7.10.5 on
22 October 2013 in relation to the oversubscription facility under its rights
issue pursuant to a Simplified Disclosure Prospectus.  This oversubscription
facility enabled eligible shareholders to make applications in excess of
their pro-rata entitlement which would otherwise have been prohibited."
