Addendum to PGC Annual Report 2014

On 12 June 2014, a trading halt was placed on Pyne Gould Corporation Limited
("PGC") shares after an erroneous media report which wrongly claimed that the
Torchlight Fund LP was in receivership. PGC made a market announcement
pointing out the error.  The trading halt was then lifted.

PGC advises that its gender composition as at 30 June 2014 was:
