Pyne Gould Corporation Audit
Pyne Gould Corporation limited ("PGC") is pleased to report that PWC has just
completed and signed off its audit of PGC's financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2012. There are no material differences from the financial
information released to the NZX on 29 August 2012.
The financial statements along with PWC's audit opinion are available for
review on PGC's website. PWC has provided an unqualified audit opinion.
PGC Managing Director George Kerr has advised that this is particularly
pleasing given the manner in which the Company's previous auditors KPMG
resigned on Friday 27 April 2012.
