PGC audit update

Pyne Gould Corporation's ("PGC") audited accounts for the 12 months to 30
June 2015 are still being completed as the company is working with its
auditor, Grant Thornton, on one remaining technical matter.
Once this is resolved, PGC will file its annual report as soon as possible.
