Pyne Gould Corporation Limited ("PGC") is pleased to report that PWC has just
completed and signed off its audit of PGC's financial statements for the year
ended 30 June 2013. There are no material differences from the financial
information released to the NZX on 29 August 2013.
The financial statements along with PWC's audit opinion are available for
review on PGC's website. PWC has signed off an unqualified audit opinion.
