Revision of 2014 Annual Result
Mr Malcolm Johnson, Chairman of Promisia Integrative Limited, announced today
a revision of the unaudited financial result for the year ended 31 December
2014 released to NZX on 27 February 2015. The audited loss for the group is
$758,000, a reduction of $70,000 on the unaudited loss of $828,000.
Following discussions between the Board and the Company's auditor it has been
decided that the substantial costs incurred last year in developing the
highly-automated sales and marketing e-commerce platform for the United
States market should be capitalised.
Chief Executive Officer Mr Charlie Daily commented: "There is a significant
commercial rationale for this action given that the e-commerce platform we
have developed is our shop front window on the United States market."
As advised this sophisticated e-commerce platform will become operational
very shortly. Mr Johnson noted: "The Company expects to use this platform to
market other products in due course."
