NOTICE OF MEETING, ANNUAL REPORT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 10.8.2, please find attached the
following documents relating to SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited's
("SKYCITY") upcoming 2013 Annual Meeting of shareholders, which will be sent
to security holders today:
(a) Notice of Meeting;
(b) Attendance Card and Proxy Form;
(c) Shareholder Review for the year ended 30 June 2013;
(d) Notice to SKYCITY shareholders pursuant to NZX
Listing Rule 10.5.4(b);
(e) Letter to SKYCITY shareholders (postal version);
(f) Letter to SKYCITY shareholders (email version);
(g) Letter to SKYCITY capital noteholders (postal version);
and
(h) Letter to SKYCITY capital noteholders (email version).
SKYCITY's Annual Meeting will be held at 10.00am (New Zealand time) on Friday
18 October 2013 at the SKYCITY Theatre, Level 3, SKYCITY Auckland, Corner of
Victoria and Federal Streets, Auckland.
In addition, in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 10.5.1(a), please find
attached SKYCITY's Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2013, which will
be available from SKYCITY's website later today
