Hobby,the AGM is in a couple of weeks,why do you not front up and have your say.I do agree the accounting and the promotion of there own company is not a strong point.Have a look at the wages paid,the company is simply running to pay wages alone,we are simply keeping these guys in a job.One point I find strange though is a number of directors actually have invested substantial amounts of money in the company,but I do not believe they have the required driver on board to get the sp/capital growth so desperately needed.(never mind the accountant.)
