I'm not sure if many of you work in the tech industry but a large amount of research and time (months even) goes into deciding if a company will even do a trial before they consider signing a deal. Not to mention with governments especially local governments they tend to have spent all their money/allocated it before the start of the financial year because if they don't spend it the money is allocated to another department or project. So from my experience if a government agency like a council/state government was looking into this they wouldn't be able to likely make a decision until start of the next financial year. Again this is my own experience for Australia. I can't say as much for overseas but I can assume it would be the same. If they decided to pass then Pointerra would be looking at next years financial year (July 2020) for any signed deals.

Just my two cents and my own view / experience. Everyone take it with a grain of salt.
