Long term holders who follow this space do not want another SFI - thats is a low ball take over of a potential billion dollar business. The only way to prevent PE or partners from a low ball take over is to raise significant amounts of capital. Rob Neumann and the NEA folks should be working behind the scenes to raise them a growth round on the order of 15M via private placement with neumann and others as LPs.
Small / incremental raises will preseve existing shareholder value in theory (but only if they scale quickly) otherwise long term holders are just losing value to a cheap take over.
