The revenue, and thus the earnings of a property developer is always known to be : LUMPY. The numbers coming in for one year may be lower than the next due to different timings in the billing and revenue-recognition activities. So long as the revenue and the earnings are there, they will never disappear into thin air and sooner or later, will get reflected.
This is where faith must come in !!
What we must fear is when there are no more projects,... or when projects start to experience cost-overruns consistently
