There is no substantial holder listed in the report so no one entity owns more than 5%.... they will be custodians for more than one holder.

The previous owner of Hillgrove and largest holder has sold out, they obviously didn’t see value staying invested, as well as the original CEO and board member Don Garner leaving and selling out of the Top 20 ... Whilst there maybe any number of reasons it doesn’t give one much added confidence.

I am not certain the board has a plan, if it is loosely based around NRW it will be a failure imo, I have spoken to Nathan twice previously and both times found his own self importance to be his major selling point not Rvr .... the fact that they occupy floor space on the same level as Rvr in Melbourne may make them more connected and safe in their tenure.... maybe that old saying who you know not what you know ... I don’t know.
