Considering everything - This may be the shake up we need - that we've been waiting for a while. All the ore is still in the ground and hasnt gone anywhere.
Can't remove the posibility that they are leaving a sinking ship, but, it feels like maybe the deadwood is being removed. I feel more positive than negative.
Granted, it could all go up in flames, but, I'm happy to see some changes coming through.
