Maybe you don't appreciate Board accountabilities under law for a publicly listed company.
(IMHO) Some of these guys may be in the klink pretty soon for bad behaviour if this puppy continues to trade with no cash flow.

My hope (IMHO) is directors and management get out now. Takeover or receivership. Receivership will take years and will likely result in zero return to shareholders. Can come in a a day.
Takeover means shareholders get cash now.
