Complex merger
No wonder that no investor comes when everything is so complicated and entangled.
The management is almost identical in both companies and still doesn't manage to make the announcement in time?
The NASDAQ listing was half a year ago, but there is time to solve puzzles on X...
I estimate that both companies (European Lithium and Critical Metals) have no more than 30 to 35 million dollars in cash in their coffers, I'm curious to see if I'm right....
