I think page 12 is very interesting where it refers to a couple of vesting terms on ‘management remuneration’ 16c and 20c exercise price options expiring 30/11/20...
- 50% will vest on board agreeing to proceed to development of the project and
- 50% on delineation of JORC compliant resource greater or equal to 250,000 gold equivalent ounces
A significant incentive for management to be making some BIG price boosting announcements over the next month I’d suggest. Christmas may arrive a couple of months early for APC shareholders I think...
