So:
# NAGs was asked by one of the tenders to give them a price for the disposal of PASS
# They asked NAGs, NAGs did not initiate it
# It wasn't a Trucking Co, it was one of the Tenders ... that approached NAGs
# That means NAGs chooses the Truckers not the reverse.
# That changes the power base & might peeve some Truckers.
# You have to be Nice if you want to get Business. That is amusing.
