Can we stop comparing LCK to IPL it is quite frankly embarrassing. From my very limited knowledge of IPL i believe not selling the fertiliser arm ended up being a very prudent decision given what transpired in the last couple of years.
On the topic of LCK performance options are not a given, they are there to incentivise. If they are issued for nothing they lose any meaning.
