With a $100mill mc and a NPV of well over $3bill, I think we can handle quite a bit of equity dilution and still have enormous upside potential for the sp.
As for funding the remaining 30%, I agree it should be reasonable to expect little problem with the fertiliser market as it is but also very importantly for the fundamentals - from this morning's annual report;
"All the studies that we have conducted or commissioned have clearly shown that LCK has a unique advantage over others in the manufacturing of urea. We have our own supply of gas, we don’t have to transport that gas to a production site, we can sequester CO2, and we are in the lowest cost quartile. We are not at risk of cost escalation as our competitors are in the vagaries of gas prices,transportation costs, exchange rates, and import logistical problems where it can take up to 24days to ship urea to Australia at a cost of approximately A$30/t. This puts us in a unique position compared to any of our competitors."
