Will Covid 19 make readout data for the Heart treatment difficult given that :-
a) there has been suggested politicialization of reported cause of deaths.
b) reported cases of hospitals gaming the sysetm by claiming false reasons for death to get extra funds and
c) over runs of hospitals during the pandemic affecting normal levels of care for non Covid 19 patients.
