He needs cash.
CLBP is at least 2 years away from readouts. I just heard SI say that. The company has no where near the amount of cash for that.
No partner is willing to touch/trust him is more likely the case. Massive partnerships have been done on a lot less.
The last thing SI said was he will be updating the market in short order. He's used 'short order' before. I use it as a joke now. He does too, it seems.
