I agree to most of your optimism and I beleive in the same except the very first line "There will be NO CR ahead of FDA (likely) approval".
Problem with this approach is that MSB is taking a huge risk getting so close to approval with low funds that just in case it gets delayed for few months (always a possibility) that SP will fall so bad and they'll be in a dire situation of raising funds with extreme dilution (if they are able to raise at all in such a low sentiment).
Don't forget that last raise was at 30cents. It was a extreme blow of dilution to investors who didn't/couldn't buy at that price.
