They cant give hints about in confidence agreements.
Given the time partnerships have been discussed and the likely wariness of the FDA being slow to approve non USA, and especially new paradigm treatments, I don't blame big pharma for wanting that box ticked.
Come on people use your common sense. How many billions is the heart approach potentially worth? You know they want in. There may be more than one agreement in place.
