I am not concerned at all.
It was a deliberate strategic move in order to secure bigger near term profits, punting on the price of gold. Now; lets analyze this everyone!
Gold producer = Industry hawk. They know what there is to know.
Exit prepay = POG is higher - but RED5 isn't skeptical.
Punt = They know something about the Gold industry that is making them confident to pay 4mil exit.
Conclusion = They are taking a strategic punt to secure more near term profits on data that has obviously been analyzed and concluded that POG is going to remain well above 1300/oz.
