I note a couple of things from this report. The MD and ED are getting paid very very well. I believe that on top of those fat salaries they are also getting options, correct?????

None of these people having been buying shares on market, a legacy I suppose of getting issued oppies througout the year. So even at these prices the directors are not seeing value????

A number of the options are going to expire as they are way out of the money.

In the mean time it appears that at the end of 2012 the company has added nothing of value from a resource perspective.
