You know what I am 'wondering' Mardo? I am wondering how you coud come to the conclusion that they have drawn down on the facility when they havent.
Putting the Ts&Cs in place for the facility before draw down is completely different from physically drawing-down.
As I have mentioned in the past; I expect an announcement before month end on decision to draw down.
