I believe management have been very careful; the dilution you claim is for an acquisition, which is slightly different to he norm. For the shares, we gain ownership to a working mill, mines and leases worth well over a few hundred million dollars, could be a few billion dollars of revenue, if the cards fall in our favour.

It's certainly a risk I'm willing to take.
