    Both the SYR and NCZ plant performance since start up has been piss poor. Nobody will back a company that can't consistantly produce what was planned. The market has definitely negatively impacted both however don't be fooled by what is very much a secondary influence. Throw HRR and PAN in that bucket of mediocrity as well.
