However, when Varde terminates the A$40m unsecured facility they go quiet and only notify investors in the small print on the financial statements - probably forced to by Deloitte. This is what this management/promotion team is all about... they will gush out the "good" news (which is mainly projections because nothing good has actually ever happened) and they always overestimate and over promise.
