One thing I like is that they are not afraid to put their webcast of the AGM on a public database where it can be accessed by anyone with an interest.
Unlike some companies that say their webcast will be hosted on the company website but if it's there its hidden or inaccessible. They may have a recording somewhere but it's certainly not available for public scrutiny.
So despite the occasional slip, its says something good about the PNV BoD transparency.
