More than likely that "early" actually refers to any date prior to June 30....
Whilst I still believe in SVL and silver, 2 years of negative growth and "approval is expected...insert date that is 3 months from announcement..." or "price of silver is about to explode" is getting very tiresome. Buyer interest reflects this sediment.
