lol in 'harry hindsight' I should have kept my 100% position bought in the low 30's.
I exited 60% grabbed the profits, will pay tax at full marginal tax rate in FY24 when I lodge my tax return because I didn't hold for a full year, only to now buy back in some of the position at 40.5c.
Happy that CMW has offloaded assets, and most importantly now their 'look through gearing' is only 25%.
With low gearing they can survive any future macro outcome.
CMW has significantly de risked for the future (but will cost long term shareholders)
Happy to now squat on my position and wait for future RBA rate cuts (and if RBA increases in Aug/Sept, it won't jepodise the position given low gearing)
