It says something about the company when one of the largest shareholders, long-term supporter, and ex-NED reaches out on HC to get more information about how SIS is tracking.

The AGM presentation tells all that the mgmt thinks SHs need to know. Fadi remain confident in rebuilding shareholders value....as always in the past 6 years...lol. "This year will be the big rerate" mantra goes on. But you might know better than anyone else here what are the odds that Fadi will ever run SIS successfully (the fact you stopped supporting SIS further suggests that you do not have high hopes either). The market has clearly lost all the confidence in him.

A wise founder would have taken the accountability long time ago and brought in some professionals with proven track records to address the lack of tractions and expertise in running a listed company.

SIS is another painful reminder for investors why the idea, opportunity, and timing are not guarantees for success without a competent management and leadership.

The only real question remained here is whether anyone (@Davisite?) will make an offer for SIS to restructure or repurpose it?
