thanks for the updates @Gappa really helpful as I couldn't make the AGM , Even though David ruled out the need for a CR I have a nagging doubt , especially after the comment about many investor meetings lined up. I doubt if someone wants to invest a reasonable amount that they would turn down a raise at current levels just as a bit of a buffer
