I agree with fourdollars that failure to highlight the proceeds from UMG's delisting and what will be done with them is a concern.
Will the mooted expansion in Western Australia pass the pub test, as well as the normal business hurdles such as an acceptable ROIC?
And what about GNC's loss of market share to smaller, much newer rivals? GNC still manages to 'clip the ticket', due to dominance in arranging and facilitating shipping, and often handling at some stage(s), as 'HC's' Portsmouth reminds us, but nonetheless it isn't doing everything perfectly.
The Chairman and CEO are in danger of being regarded as complacent.
