This is only my lay technophobe opinion but when I first saw it and when looking again just now I thought it was the result of a techie asking GenAi to create an abstract art work which distills the essence of what TENNs fuses together to create game changing technology that is replacing LLMs at the Edge to jazz up the presentation and catch attention on social media etc;
The fact that an expert like you admit to being does not understand it suggests I am probably correct.
