I am not a grower so cannot know first hand how GNC treats its client growers and others, but the 'wokeness' and mention of items like 'diversity' are often a red flag that indicates (at best) virtue signalling or (at worst) a cover for incompetence.
I don't want people selected because of their gender or ethnicity but rather because they have business acumen, get along fairly well with others (noting that no one's perfect), are moral and ethical and (hopefully) can contribute to GNC's net profit.
