we retail shareholders were the last to know it seems mate! "The market", by that I mean instos, had obviously been dropped hints, perhaps by CFO, who knows. The CEO should be told to walk really, as the excuses are very very weak!!
Perhaps the worst thing is the lack of confidentiality which is obvious!
