TOO MUCH ESG talk and woke type climate and diversity target crap talk really -just when the rest of the world is waking up that you need capability. The chairman talking having $300m core cash is just irrelevant unless total debt situation is discussed, and really if so comfortable, why not a $100m buyback?

Oh, and the chairman saying something about high quality grower and customer service is just platitudes, and contrary to the experience of many.

even if EBITDA, their guidance is too low in a big tonnage year; and self congratulatory tone is totally unwarranted!
