no amazing advice/opinion, just my view of what might happen.
Eagle have approximately 41% after new shares and option exercise.
they will also have 3 directors.
do not have to invest the additional $35m until ML granted.
in other words they will be investing in themselves.
at this stage they will have well in excess of 50% of CAY.
to maximise their profit it is logical that they would want to have 100% of a tier 1 project.
I agree with you that they will get the job done, but disagree on how.

you have floated your own views previously, why do you object to others doing so.
