I am personally not looking for any change at this pivotal point in the companies timeline.
Chris has built an objectively exceptional team around him over the past 1.5 years, we now have a world class team covering CFO (ex-Rio Tinto), COO (Ex-MIN), Development (ex-BHP) and of course Peter Oliver as a Director and heading up Development with his well documented history of looking after Greenbushes.
So long as 2024 progress meets the current development timetable then I'm pretty comfortable with the current directors remaining there.
