It will be interesting to see how they go about repatriating profit from the Cambodian operation Beanpea. i won't even hazard a guess myself but there obviously is a masterplan involving an Australian operational arm.
They will pay tax in Cambodia and from memory that is fixed at a rate of 25% for the first five years I think, so they "certainly won't" want to be bringing the bacon home and getting whacked by the ATO again.
