The premium to NTA has dropped from mid-to-high 30's back down to high 20's according to the latest Bell Potter Weekly LIC and Indicative NTA report. Still too high for my liking though, I used to own some when premiums were a lot lower but sold out when they rose to silly levels, and I still can't justify buying any now at the current premium which just adds an extra element of risk imho. Everyone's risk appetite is different though.
