@PH441324 @timbowls seriously, have you been living under a rock or were you just blinded by the slick marketing spiels?
this is literally 3rd year in a row they receive a strike against the rem report! As a matter of fact, they only avoided a board spill last year by a mere 65000 votes (49.80% for vs 50.20% against the spill)
If HC regulars are that well informed, no wonder LIC managers & management companies can get away with anything. Remember, "it's your company" (see what i did there).
