rome was not built in a day HCD prolly busy reviewing "new directions" and stuff and in some sorta blackout period thing.
from memory they may not even work every day from da office..... i seem to think when i rang i had to try a few different days to get an answer on the phone (i think?).

worked out it was prolly a nipple dial and not a butt dial.... not that it matters unless there is an actual preference.... thought later how nice it was handled given the whole premise of the call-back was in error (so a bit of a shock for the caller when there was nothing that required discussion - my thanks for how that was handled by the caller )
