Sim, you have never been so correct about the board, talk about not acting for the shareholder's interest, they failed that miserably & I hope they get that second strike as I will Vote with my shares in favour of that, or either removal of some of them & replace with someone that is not their puppet that collects freebies, but at the moment they think that they are all safe, personally I am for, that we need a board member that will keep them in control & he will represent us & them & I don't mean someone that is a shareholder that is on HC, that would be the last thing we need,...someone that would answer Q that would be more trustworthy to us & where he can make arguments on behalf of us to the board, someone that reads the forums & reacts to the concerns that we all have...& take phone calls here in Australia where the Co is registered....
I hope they read this post as obviously, their heads are too far up their asses with self-confidence....
