I wonder why they would bring the AGM quick a way forward to the start of may… which will be 1 week post the last possible day of issuing shares to LDA…
either they are going with the let’s get this done quick and move on…
or do they actually have something brewing to reel in the optimism…
all I can think of is the move to the US will cause massive dilution…
BUT IMAGINE IF shareholders Vote against it… imagine just how embarrassing/damaging a massive NO vote would be…
