i spoke with stephen the company secretary. He said resolution 5 is different to a scheme of agreement

I believe there is an inaccurate statement that they didnt have any offers at the time.

regardless, there will be a seperate shareholder vote for the actual scheme of agreement. This is very important
we have more than 50% of shareholders refuse the deal and turn down the offer.
