Executive bonus payments – remuneration report

I am trying to understand the Remuneration Report and the Executive STI payments shown as performance bonus. For Rod McEachern, COO, it states that the performance related payment is 44% of his salary of $291,587. That would equate to a payment of $128,298 yet it shows a performance bonus of $214,519 (based on CAD would be approx. 80%). For Greg MacPherson, CFO, it states that performance related payment is 42% of his salary of $290,000. That would be equate to a payment of $121,800, yet it shows a performance bonus of $230,338 (which equates to approx. 80%). Do you think there were two payments - one for the transaction completion (40%) and a second payment later in 2023 for ....what???? Anyone know anything about these bonus payments?
